How do I activate my DD account on my Roku device?
Add the Dauntless Dialogue channel to your Roku device. Click on any Exclusive video. Write down the code that is displayed. Then CLICK HERE and enter your code. Allow approximately 60 seconds for your Roku device to update.
How many Roku devices can I link to my DD membership?
You can link one Roku device per membership.
Do you have a production schedule?
Currently, we do not have a production schedule. We work around the clock to bring you the best quality content as quickly as possible. At any given point, we are developing up to 5 films simultaneously. As we grow and improve, our goal is to eventually adhere to a reliable production schedule.
Why am I experiencing a log in issue?
It is most likely because you are using a private browser like DuckDuckGo. Unfortunately, private browsers are incompatible with our website. We have found that this clears up the issue 99% of the time. Try using a different browser and see if the problem persists.
How do I cancel my membership/update my credit card?
You can cancel or make changes to your membership by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top menu bar.
Can I share your content on social media?
We welcome you to share our ALL-ACCESS content on social media. All we ask is that you link back to our website. We do our best to produce both exclusive and free content. Our paying members fund this entire operation. Without memberships, the entire DD crew would not be able to devote their full focus to developing content. Memberships cover our overhead and allow us to operate unbeholden to advertisers. For those reasons, we do not allow sharing of our EXCLUSIVE content. However, we periodically make some of our exclusive content publicly available.
