I agree that the climate is changing as it has done so for all of earths existence. Are their things we should do to mitigate the harm we cause our planet?. Yes, remove plastics and heavy metals out of the food chain and clean up our drinkable water and clean up our oceans but this whole carbon tax is a complete fraud and just another way to fleece the people while they mess with the weather systems themselves which could cause more harm than good leading to a climate catastrophe by causing a runaway ice age. If that happens then everything dies because plants die off from cold and lack of sunlight then so do people. Maybe that is their plan to wipe out humanity while they go live underground in all those cities they have built for themselves by releasing chemicals and other particulates into our atmosphere poisoning people and the environment. Many of their solutions cause more harm than good and will make it extremely tough for people to survive. Energy is needed for all humanity to prosper, carbon is part of that as it is an essential ingredient to life. When i was growing up the Alarmism was Global cooling then it changed to Global warming. Even if the planet is warming their could be any number of factors causing it including increased sun/solar activity. No one stops to ask what caused previous changes to the weather in the past before the industrial revolution?. All these so called climate scientists want to point the finger at mankind but its a complete lie, ask the founder of Greenpeace their is a documentary where he talks about the hijacking of Greenpeace which he is no longer a member of as it was hijacked by radicals and agenda drive governments and many of the photos depicting harm to birds and aquatic life were staged. A quote from him was “left Greenpeace which i founded when it was no longer about green and the peace had completely left the organization” That’s when the radicals took over.
